By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Appnable Ltd.

02Description of services

This site describes consultancy and software services. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to achieve a particular outcome. Descriptions of previous engagements are illustrative.

03Professional services agreement

Any work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timescales, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. Where this site and that agreement conflict, the agreement takes precedence.

04Your responsibilities

• Use this site lawfully and not in a way that disrupts it for others
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
• Do not scrape, copy or republish content from this site without permission
• Do not submit anything through our forms that you do not have the right to share

05Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Ownership of work delivered under a client engagement is set out in that engagement agreement, not here.

06Confidentiality

Client information disclosed to us during an engagement is treated as confidential and governed by the confidentiality provisions of the relevant agreement. Case studies on this site are published either with client consent or with the client anonymised.

07Limitation of liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

09Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published here.
